How you can use the information in MHO Web
You may not copy, reproduce, provide, sell, transmit, modify, create derivative works from,
distribute, or publicly display any content or data from the MHO Web without the prior
expressed written permission of PDTATAC and Runzheimer, as well as the appropriate third party, as applicable.
For internal use within your office, you may review, export, print, or otherwise use the data that you
supply (your data) only for purposes of the BAH submission. This includes providing printed reports to your
office or leadership for their review.
Who else can see your information
When you provide your data in the MHO Web, you are providing information that may be visibile to PDTATAC,
Runzheimer, Service leadership, and other MHOs in your MHA.
How your information is protected
Runzheimer takes reasonable precautions to protect your data from loss, misuse, or alteration under our
control. All information can only be accessed by administration or by entering the corresponding username
and correct password. You have received a user ID and password. You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of the password and account, and for all activities that occur under your password or account.
Acceptance of Terms
By clicking on “I Accept,” you agree to adhere to the Terms of Use as stated above. Your continued use of
the MHO Web, or following the posting of notice of any changes in these operating rules, will indicate
acceptance by you of such rules, changes, or modifications.
