Welcome to MHO Web
Your MHO ID and password were included in the packet that was mailed to you on March 15th. Type your MHO ID and enter your password to log in.
In order to protect your data, your password only allows you to access data for your MHA. Primary MHOs may add and modify any data, and are responsible for incorporating data from Secondary MHOs into the final submission. Secondary MHOs have visibility to all the data as well, but may only modify their own data.
If you do not know your MHA code and password, contact Runzheimer or your service representative (listed in the MHO Process Guide document)
If you know your password is correct yet you cannot login, check your browser settings. "Allow per-session cookies" must be enabled.
